First, identify which verification is outstanding

Identity or representative checks

Establish whose identity or authority Amazon needs to verify and which account role is involved. The named person completes any required identity or video check. We help prepare the relevant records and clarify inconsistencies.

Business and address details

Compare the legal business name, registration and address in Seller Central with the documents requested. A trading name, changed address or outdated company record needs an accurate explanation, not an altered document.

Bank or payment verification

Check whether the request concerns the account holder, bank ownership or another payment detail. A valid bank document does not replace a different document specifically requested for identity verification.

INFORM Act or reverification requests

Read the exact outstanding item and deadline shown in the account. Information that was accepted during registration may need confirmation again. We distinguish the requested update from a separate policy appeal.

Your case, led by Or Shamosh

Experience behind the response.

I founded SellerAppeal after my own seller account suspension in 2016. Today I lead case assessment and appeal strategy, drawing on our experience across 5,600+ Amazon seller accounts and ASINs reinstated since 2016.

We review the record, explain what is missing and agree the work and fee before starting. You know who is responsible for the next step.

Tell us what Amazon is asking for

Share your situation and Amazon’s latest message. We will explain the proposed approach and fee.

The initial case review is free. We may ask for essential missing records before recommending the approach and fee for the proposed work.

You can start with a summary and Amazon’s latest message. Send longer histories or supporting files to Office@SellerAppeal.com, using the same email address as your enquiry.

Choose the closest match. Explain any other issues in your summary below.

Include the affected account or ASIN, marketplace, what led to the restriction, what you have already tried, and any deadline. Add Amazon’s latest message and relevant previous responses.

These details help Or Shamosh identify the next response and the records your case needs. For longer histories or supporting files, email Office@SellerAppeal.com using the same email address as this enquiry.

What we check before another submission

We compare Amazon’s latest request, the submitted version and the rejection reason. We check the issuing source, legibility, completeness, names, addresses, dates and product or company scope where relevant. The requested records vary by marketplace and verification type.

Start with the message and a summary. We will explain which supporting records are needed and how to provide them. Do not put passwords or one-time codes in the enquiry form.

How Or Shamosh handles the review

    Review the record

Identify the outstanding verification step, previous submissions and any separate restriction.

    Prepare the supported response

Explain actual discrepancies and organize the genuine records the request calls for. We do not manufacture documents or bypass identity checks.

    Manage the agreed follow-ups

Review Amazon’s next response and identify any remaining item. Keep the account holder involved where only they can complete the action.

    A business name mismatch

    Illustrative example

Seller Central shows a trading name, while the registration document names the legal company. We establish the actual business relationship, check the requested account details and prepare the relevant explanation and genuine records. The correct action depends on the request; changing information repeatedly without resolving the mismatch can leave the same question unanswered.

    Questions about seller verification

Can you attend the identity check instead of me?

No. Where Amazon requires the account holder or named representative, that person must complete the check. We help them understand the requested records and unresolved questions.

Will a general Plan of Action fix verification?

A general POA does not replace a required identity, business or bank record. We follow the actual verification request and distinguish any separate policy issue.

What if the account is also suspended?

We assess both restrictions and the available response routes. Completing verification may not close a separate account-level policy case.

For Amazon’s registration requirements, see its official seller registration guide. Follow the current instructions in your own account.
