Funds withheld after account deactivation
Get the right response behind your withheld-funds review.
A deactivated account and a withheld balance are connected, but they are not the same decision. Or Shamosh reviews Amazon’s disbursement message, account history and requested evidence, then manages the agreed response.

What is actually preventing the disbursement?
Funds withheld after deactivation
Read the separate funds-eligibility request and the account’s enforcement history. Establish which review is available and what remains unanswered.
Identity or business information
A funds review may require genuine identity, business or supply-chain records. Identify the exact requested scope and keep the account holder involved in required verification.
A balance affected by adjustments
Review the payment statements and Amazon’s explanation of deductions, claims, refunds or fees. The displayed balance is not automatically the amount available for release.
A routine reserve or payment issue
An active account with a reserve, banking problem or scheduled payment delay may need a different support route. We first check whether this is an enforcement-related funds case.

Experience behind the response.
I founded SellerAppeal after my own seller account suspension in 2016. Today I lead case assessment and appeal strategy, drawing on our experience across 5,600+ Amazon seller accounts and ASINs reinstated since 2016.
We review the record, explain what is missing and agree the work and fee before starting. You know who is responsible for the next step.
Tell us what Amazon is asking for
Share your situation and Amazon’s latest message. We will explain the proposed approach and fee.
The initial case review is free. We may ask for essential missing records before recommending the approach and fee for the proposed work.
You can start with a summary and Amazon’s latest message. Send longer histories or supporting files to Office@SellerAppeal.com, using the same email address as your enquiry.
Account reinstatement and funds review are separate routes
We compare the deactivation record with the funds decision and previous correspondence. An account appeal addresses selling privileges. A disbursement review addresses eligibility for the remaining funds. The next submission must answer the relevant request rather than repeat an unrelated appeal letter.
Amazon’s current US policy allows a separate funds review request after 60 days of deactivation. That is an eligibility point for requesting review, not a promise of payment on day 60. Follow the applicable marketplace policy and your account’s instructions. See Amazon’s funds disbursement eligibility policy.
What we handle
Assess the decision and history
Review Amazon’s funds message, deactivation reason, previous submissions and relevant payment records.
Prepare the evidence and explanation
Connect the requested identity, business or transaction records to the actual concern. Address gaps without altering authentic source documents.
Follow through on the reply
Manage the agreed revisions and follow-ups, distinguishing unanswered eligibility questions from any separate accounting or legal dispute.
Start with the latest funds message
Tell us the marketplace, approximate deactivation date, whether selling privileges have been restored, and what Amazon has said about the funds. Include a short summary of previous review requests. We will identify which payment statements or supporting records are needed next.
A legal dispute or formal claim may need qualified counsel. SellerAppeal handles the agreed Amazon policy and evidence response and coordinates with legal advice where appropriate.
Questions before a funds review
Are funds automatically released after a waiting period?
No. The review may involve eligibility, verification and deductions. We assess the actual decision and available response; we do not promise a release date or amount.
Do you handle ordinary FBA reimbursement recovery?
This service focuses on enforcement-related withheld funds. A routine inventory reimbursement claim is a different task. We clarify the issue before agreeing work.
Can you help after a funds request was rejected?
We compare the rejection with the submitted record to identify unresolved questions and whether another supported response is available. Send the latest decision and a short history first.
